Exchange, Return, and Refunds Policy

We have made every effort to display the color of our products as accurately as possible on this website. However, it may slightly vary from the original products due to various reasons.
As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. Also, please note, sarees once finished with fall and hemming will not be returned or exchanged. Not all international orders are eligible for return or exchange.
However, if the product delivered is damaged or wrong (product doesn't match the item in the order confirmation) then we are open to extending the exchange and re-fulfilling your order. Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case-by-case basis by Team Ratanshi Kheraj Sarees. If the return order does not qualify for exchange or refund, we will courier the same product to you on a to-pay basis.
In unusual circumstances, if you wish to initiate a return, please get in touch with our team at email@example.com, with your order details within 3 days of delivery of the product. Team Ratanshi Kheraj Sarees will look into the issue and revert to your query within 2-3 working days. Please make sure the product is unused with the original invoice and in the same condition as when you received it, if possible, in its original packaging. Please ship the product back within 4-5 days of your order being delivered. Shipping and handling charges for the return of such products shall be borne by you. We will issue an online store credit, after the product gets approved by our team based on the return eligibility criteria and the status of the product in which it is received
